Island Makers Club is a local creative studio in downtown Victoria, focused on fun, hands-on workshops and creative experiences. Come in to make something, try something new, and spend time creating with friends or family.
We also bring together local makers, handmade pieces, small-batch creations, and carefully selected resale products in one welcoming space. Resale products will always be clearly labeled, so you’ll always know what you’re purchasing.

We provide the materials and everything you need to create your own project. Whether you come by yourself, with friends, or for a special occasion, our workshops are designed to be a fun and stress-free experience.

Our workshops are DIY experiences, not professional classes. They are designed for creativity, relaxation, and enjoyment rather than formal instruction or professional training. If you’re looking for professional training, please seek out a qualified instructor or professional course.
Press-On Nail Supplies
Orange’s Press-On Nail is launching a new line of pre-sized acrylic press-on nail tips, designed to make creating your own press-on nails easier and more convenient.
The tips come pre-sized and pre-sanded, so there’s no need to spend extra time sanding each nail before use. I created this product because I couldn’t find many options locally for pre-sized nail tips in different sizes.

Meet Oreo 🐾
Our Workshop Supervisor
Oreo is our friendly black-and-white Border Collie and a very special member of the Island Makers Club team.
She was adopted by our owner after needing a new home, and she has since found herself a very important job at the studio: supervising your creativity and keeping you company while you create.
Oreo is gentle, well-behaved, and a little shy when you first meet her. She rarely barks, but once she gets comfortable, she loves being around people and quietly joining in on whatever is happening.
When she’s not on workshop duty, Oreo loves being outdoors. Some of her favorite things are running through the grass, going on little adventures, playing with sticks, and chasing her ball.
And when it’s time to work? She takes her supervisor duties very seriously.
During your workshop, Oreo will usually find a comfortable spot by your feet, quietly watch your masterpiece come together, and make sure everything is going according to plan. You’re always welcome to give your supervisor some pets while you work.
